Accelerate Your Research Design and IHC Workflow with StreptaClick®

Label any biotinylated antibody with fluorochromes or HRP using StreptaClick®. You have the option to label either a single antibody or all the antibodies involved in your assay. StreptaClick® offers multiple fluorochrome and HRP options, with each fluorochrome handpicked for its exceptional performance. The labeling process is completed in a single step, taking just 5 minutes, and is carried out in micro-volumes. Only label what you need.

7-Color Multiplex Tyramide Signal Amplification on Frozen Sections

The StreptaClick®-HRP kit optimizes the multiplex TSA workflow, from rapid conjugation to scanning speed. The patented StreptaClick® technology enables the quick conjugation of HRP-antibodies within minutes. Additionally, the quenching buffer accelerates the protocol and also allows for the staining of frozen tissues. The TSA dyes are handpicked to ensure an enhanced signal amplification, to increases image quality and scanning speed. The protocol enables the completion of 7-color TSA multiplex IHC (DAPI + 6 biotinylated antibodies) within a single day. For direct imaging of the 7-plex IHC stainings, we recommend SpectraSplit® 7 filters.
