Multiplex Immunofluorescence (StreptaClick® HRP)

Kromnigon’s StreptaClick® HRP multiplex IHC kits enable heat-free multiplex tyramide signal amplification by directly linking HRP to primary antibodies and eliminating the need for secondary antibodies and heat-based stripping. After each staining cycle, HRP is specifically inactivated using a proprietary HRP quench buffer, preserving tissue morphology and epitope integrity. This approach supports efficient multiplex analysis of multiple protein biomarkers in frozen and FFPE samples while significantly reducing antibody panel optimization time.

Assay Development (StreptaClick® Precision)

StreptaClick® Precision is designed for site-specific conjugation via click chemistry with enhanced monovalent binding, enabling precise and controlled attachment to biotinylated targets. Its architecture allows efficient conjugation of bulky molecules such as DNA oligos and LNPs, making it especially well suited for assay and method development. This flexibility supports advanced applications including custom bead or LNP coating, antigen labeling, and highly multiplexed immunoassays.
